At Haneul Atelier, each mug is thoughtfully designed and made with love, inspired by the peaceful charm of Korean aesthetics. We want you to be delighted with your order, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle refunds:

 

Returns & Refunds

Since all our mugs are made to order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for changes of mind. Please make sure to double-check the product details before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your mug arrives damaged or with a printing error, we’ve got you covered. Please:

  1. Contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
  2. Include the following:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
    • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund if necessary.


Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, don’t worry. Reach out to us and we’ll do our best to locate it or offer a fair solution. Please note: We cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

 

 Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
